Our Topsoil and Screened loam are generally available by Memorial Day weekend, towards the end of May. Before then, the loam is quite wet and still thawing from the winter. Additionally, many towns post their roads in the spring, which prohibits us from making deliveries to certain areas until the postings are lifted.
